I’m here for spring break with my family. The resort is beautiful and only about a year old. Our room even has a private plunge pool. What are your thoughts if you’ve been here?
Nice photo! I visited last summer, but it was way too hot and humid. The resort was nice, though it felt similar to other beach properties. What do you think of the service, activities, and food? 
We’ve heard great things from clients. How’s the beach right now? Is it as nice as people say?
The beach is gorgeous with soft white sand, and it’s very clean. There are lots of restaurant options—Latin American, Mediterranean, Asian fusion, and more. It’s pricey compared to other resorts in Mexico, but we’ve really enjoyed it.

It really depends on when you visit. I went during Labor Day 2023, and the mosquitos were brutal after sunset. I’m talking full-on swarms. It made using the plunge pool impossible for most of the trip.
