Hi, happy new year! My husband’s birthday is in January and I want to treat him to a luxury stay in England. We’re looking for a place that has some fun activities, but since January is rainy, outdoor stuff is probably out of the question. My budget is around £600 to £750 a night. Any suggestions?
What about Estelle Manor? It might tick off all your boxes, depending on the activities you both enjoy. I checked the rates, and they’re within your price range this month. We have had several clients give great feedback about their stays there.

Between Estelle Manor and Cliveden House, which one is better?
Our Founder has stayed at Cliveden House twice and describes it as very elegant, but it really depends on what you’re looking for. What’s most important to you in deciding between the two? I can customize my answer once I know more. 
How about Soho Farmhouse? Anyone can join for a guest stay. It has an amazing gym, horseback riding, sunken hot tubs in a lake, clay shooting, a great spa, good food, a pub, and even a screening room for movies. It’s perfect for exploring some quaint little towns in the Cotswolds.
Looks great, but it seems you can’t book unless you’re a member.
This might not be exactly what you’re asking, but maybe a rally-car racing lesson could be an exciting outdoor activity he’d enjoy.
Maybe something like Pilates, HIIT, or Yoga classes?
1 Hotel Mayfair could be a good fit. They have a schedule of activities (though it’s a bit sparse in January) and a really nice gym with classes and personal trainers. It’s a great hotel too, located in an outstanding area. My agency has negotiated rates there, most of January under GBP500/night, with a GBP80 hotel credit, free room upgrade, and daily breakfast.
